Diana A. Burnett is an ACLS Leading Edge Fellow and Senior Policy Fellow with the Kairos Center. Dr. Burnett earned graduate degrees from Yale Divinity School and the University of Pennsylvania and has a background in religion and human rights, public health, and social sciences. Diana has spent over 15 years working with poor and disenfranchised communities both domestically and globally among issues of health and wellbeing, structural racism, and social justice. Dr. Burnett is acutely skilled in conducting interviews and focus groups, managing transcripts and archiving data, coding and analyzing data, as well as draft manuscripts and policy proposals and other public facing work drawn from the research. Burnett has conducted mixed methods research with communities which is being utilized and translated to create reports, briefings, articles, testimonies and other resources for justice.
