Over the past month, Larry Cox, Rev. Dr. Liz Theoharis, and Willie Baptist have been guests on “The Radical Imagination,” hosted by John Jay Sociology professor Jim Vrettos on the Manhattan Neighborhood Network. We had a chance to talk in depth about the moral and religious grounding of our work – our conviction that God is on the side of the poor – and its deep ties to the guiding strategic notion of fighting for the unity and social leadership of the poor today.
