Last November, our director, Rev. Dr. Liz Theoharis, was joined by Rev. Dr. William J. Barber II for a talk at TEDWomen 2018 on the organizing, mobilizing, and power-building among the poor and dispossessed that is the Poor People’s Campaign: A National Call for Moral Revival.
Their talk was just released today online — you can watch it here:

The Kairos Center is one of the national anchor organizations of the Poor People’s Campaign, which is uniting tens of thousands of people across the country to challenge the evils of systemic racism, poverty, the war economy, ecological devastation and the nation’s distorted morality. We are building a moral fusion movement, led by those most affected by these evils, from the ground up in over 40 states.
Many people will encounter the Campaign for the first time through watching this important talk. Help us engage them and keep building the momentum by donating to the Kairos Center today!
